Stay for a visit at Bahama Way on the Bay in lovely Jamaica Beach, Texas! Have a little one, but not looking forward to lugging all your baby essentials? This refreshing and relaxing getaway has everything you and your family need.
Located on the West End of Galveston, it’s the perfect combination of still canal waters and close access to a nice little beach across the neighborhood entrance. Nestled in what’s known as the “pregnant canal” there is plenty of water to enjoy fishing or swimming. A beautiful view from both upstairs and downstairs patios.
Just a short walk from the bayhouse is Jamaica Beach Pool & Park. Kids under 6 are free, and admission is $5 per person. New, very clean and kid-friendly!
2 night minimum; 3 night minimum holidays. 2 bed / 2 bath with expansive deck and beautiful bay views.
Bedroom 1: 2 full-size bunk beds, with twin trundle.
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Optional: Baby crib, changing table, and Hushamok hammock. Foldable cot available for children.

Woody’s and Nate’s West End Grill. Some of the Island’s best hamburgers are at neighborhood establishment Blue Water Grill, and they deliver! Don’t miss Shrimp ‘N Stuff food truck on the beach side each weekend. Gas station, bait shacks, hardware stores with fishing gear, grocery, and liquor stores are in the main road shopping areas.
Interaction with Guests
We are available by phone or email. When a guest books we send them a rental agreement. They are asked to review it, fill in the blanks and sign and return via email. If guests would prefer to preview it prior to booking, please request a copy. Prior to your stay, we will send you key and combo lock information as well as directions. We are happy to answer any questions a potential guest might have.
